If you’re wondering, I’m obsessed with owls and I wanted a tattoo for every fucked up thing that’s happened in the past and every beautiful thing that has come out of it, for everything I learned because of it. This little guy was the perfect artistic representation of all the wisdom that has come out of me completely losing my mind. I’m stronger, smarter, and on the path to success, I couldn’t be more pleased.

This is my new foot tattoo, which I had done to match my right foot tattoo which was of a butterfly. It was done by Hannah at Bodyart Halesowen in the West Midlands (England) and she has only been doing it about six months! I love it :)

I got this tattoo because it is a saying I have been sticking by for a couple of years and it has been keeping me strong all the downs I have had. For the past couple of years I’ve been through a lot including the last couple of months and now I have something on that is a part of me and whenever I am down it is there to make me beleive I can pull through this. Our negatives in life are there to make us stronger.

I got this for my mom, who has always been one of my best friends.

When I was younger she had a poem published called “I Am A Lemon Tree”, and it meant a lot to our family, and really struck a chord with me. After struggling with an eating disorder for over 10 years, she admitted herself into a recovery facility, and a few weeks later I got this tattoo for her. It is beautiful, just like she is, and I see this and am reminded of her strength and love for me.

This is my guardian angel tattoo, taken right after the session was over.

It’s an angel in remembrance of my grandma, she was my best friend, she would always look after me and my brother when we were younger. And now she can always watch over me. And that shes still with me, in some way. Its not a long story but it’s powerful to me in its own way.

This is my memorial piece for my grandmother. It is her favorite lighthouse, the Montauk lighthouse, and the words are coming from the light and pointing towards my heart. They are in italian and read “Your love is the light that guides me.” I got this tattoo done in Center Moriches NY at Resonance Tattoo. This has a lot of meaning to me and my favorite part about the tattoo is the silhouette of the seagull flying off in the background. I look down at it everyday and am just able to smile because I know she is looking down at me now and guiding me through life. Love you Grammy.
