This tattoo is in memory of my father who passed away almost ten years ago. His favorite band was Lynyrd Skynyrd and so many of the memories I have with him involve listening to their music. He used to tell me to live my life as he did, like a Simple Man and if I ever struggled he would say to just listen to the words in Simple Man by Lynyrd Skynyrd to remind myself that everything will eventually be okay.
