This is my memorial piece for my grandmother. It is her favorite lighthouse, the Montauk lighthouse, and the words are coming from the light and pointing towards my heart. They are in italian and read “Your love is the light that guides me.” I got this tattoo done in Center Moriches NY at Resonance Tattoo. This has a lot of meaning to me and my favorite part about the tattoo is the silhouette of the seagull flying off in the background. I look down at it everyday and am just able to smile because I know she is looking down at me now and guiding me through life. Love you Grammy.
