I got this tattoo on my 18th birthday to remember a very close friend I lost when we were 9 years old. She was affected horribly by Stevens Johnson Syndrome and died just 5 days before Christmas. Her favorite colors were purple and yellow and her initials were KSL. I asked my tattoo artist to incorporate these colors and her initials into the tattoo somehow and he did an amazing job! I love it so much! This tattoo sits on my right hip and is an everyday reminder of how much I loved my best friend and even though I miss her everyday, I will always have a piece of her with me everywhere I go.
