My tattoo was inspired by a couple elements. The cat on the fence is my black cat that I moved with me when I left home whom I lost when she ran away during a terrible ice storm back in 2007. The person represented on the tombstone is my best friend’s mom who I consider my other mother. The cityscape in the background has the Space Needle from Seattle, WA which is where I grew up before moving to Oklahoma. And lasty, since my horoscope is a Cancer, this makes my planet the Moon. The tattoo was done at Outsiders Ink in Tulsa, OK by Brian Hampton. He does not tattoo anymore, but paints on canvas and has done lots of work around Tulsa and in Texas as well.
