This is my third tattoo, on my ankle. This is sort of an homage to one of my favorite bands, the Amity Affliction, and the flash art their bassist draws. I chose one from a bunch he drew to commemorate their new album (Open Letter, coincidentally my favorite song). I also liked it because I honestly see myself as a big open letter day to day. I’m one of those people who sends paragraph long texts, talks for days, and always has to speak their mind. I’m a very wordy person, and anyone who knows me knows basically everything on my mind.
It was done by Luke Davis at Iron Works Tattoo in Portsmouth NH - if you live in the New England area I highly recommend checking him out. Amazing artist and person, I definitely plan on going back to him for some bigger pieces I have planned!
