So this is my first tattoo, it’s a phoenix feather inspired by the rainbow wing on Pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal (I’m a pokefan since I was a kid). I’ve always wanted a feather tattoo then while I was searching designs on google I saw this one and I fell in love instantly. Anyway, I wanted this one because Phoenix symbolized reborn and resurrection, which brings new hope or something like that. It reminds me how we should pick ourselves up whenever we are down. Like phoenix, they die in flames then rises again from the ashes eventually. That’s how I picture it, that in every life struggle we face, there’s always hope so we shouldn’t let it beat us down.
