I have a SLIGHT obsession with the ninja turtles (I even have a room in my house dedicated to them. figures, posters, ect.) I’m also very much a kid at heart. I dont think that will ever go away, and I had just gotten a bonus from work so I thought this would be a great idea! I went to Inkredible Ink Tattoo http://www.facebook.com/inkredibleinktattoo off of International Drive in Orlando, FL. My friend Gus came along for emotional support. Matt was my artist and he did a phenomenal job! I was kinda nervous to get one. Not bc i thought it would hurt, I have a high pain tolerance, it’s just SO permanent! I was nervous that i would hear “oops” somewhere during..but he did a great job! It didn’t hurt, it just felt a little tingly. I highly recommend both the location and the artist. It’s a very clean, laid back and professional place.

I got this Tattoo for many reasons, The first being the fact that I always wanted to be as free as a bird and fly away somewhere where no one knows me, the second being for a friend of mine that used to sing the song with me, but a year ago committed suicide. My feet have walked a lot of paths some easier than others seemed important to put this tattoo on them.

She was recently diagnosed with cancer so i decided it would be an awesome idea to always have her with me! Steve is an amazing artist and extremely talented. I feel honored to have his artwork on my back!!

This is my new lotus ohm mandala tattoo, it’s located on my right forearm.
A mandala is a geometric design used in Indian and Hindu art. It represents the universe and whole-ness.
A lotus is a flower that represents peace. Lotus flowers also represent rising above surroundings, as they are beautiful flowers found in muddy water.
The sign in the center is an “ohm”, which is the sound of the universe. It’s the sound that creation makes. Saying it aloud has the same healing effect that a cat’s purr does.

This is my bad luck superstition cat. I got this done on Friday the 13th and I actually almost missed my tattoo appointment because I slept in a little too late. Talk about bad luck lol. Jason @ Raven Ink did this and I got it on my right calf. This is one of my favorite tattoos atm.

This is my second tattoo and probably my last dew to the severe pain!!
But i could not be happier with the result.
This tattoo represents a cameo necklace my grandmother gave me and was the first thing my grandfather bought for her when they first came to Australia from Poland. I never wear the necklace as i am too afraid of losing it. Now it comes with me everywhere.
I got it done at Custom Tattoo in Melbourne and it was done my the extremeley talented Hwee Lo who was down in Melbourne for just a month, originally from Malaysia. She was absolutely amazing. She really took my idea to the next level.
