It is a good idea to always bathe before ritual. This shows respect.
Light your incense and let it burn 10-15 minutes to fill the room.
Write any prayers, thanksgivings and/or requests out on clean paper
Light your candles. [If you are using candle holders, they should be silver]
Fill your chalice with wine or some other drink [your chalice should be silver]
Dress for ritual. If you don’t have a ritual robe, try to wear all black, if possible. Make sure your clothes are clean.

The tattoo is for the simple fact, of which I love the sirens from small.

I got the flowers done by Joe Spino at Chicago Tattoo Company, and the horses by Zac Adkins at Ascension. Both in Orlando, FL.

My full right arm gaming sleeve. Took 18 hours. Worth every second. Games have always held a special place in my heart. Everytime I look at my arm I’m reminded of a simplier time in my life, it feels good.

Ok first of all, I have seen those 80 year old grandma’s jumping out of planes and I am halfway to that age. I decided I don’t want to be 80 and getting my first tattoo, so Monday January 30, 2012 I took the plunge and got my RedCat tattoo.

When my husband and I met 20 years ago his nickname was Red and mine was Cat. As we were dating our friends began calling us Redcat when we would show up to places together. Once we got married we purchased a British short haired red tabby cat, really in honor of our unique couple nick name and to date he is the coolest cat we have ever known. I think the secret is he thinks he is a dog. I wanted the Tattoo initially because of our couple nickname, but the fact that our redcat has turned out to be so awesome helped as well.

I found a sample of what I liked online – YouTube of all places, under ’Simons Cat’ animation.

Kit Hall at Deluxe Tattoo in Chicago did a wonderful job. It’s is on my left wrist and I really love it more than anything.

My second tat done at Body Art Emporium in Louisville, KY by a guy named “jughead”. He’s amazing, and I absolutely LOVE my owl. To me, it symbolizes freedom—freedom of doing what I want in my life instead of what others want. Just getting out of a divorce, this owl has really reminded me of making myself happy for once.
