This is my 7th tattoo. “I Am” is a name of a song by a Canadian band “Kiros”, that I happen to be great friends with. The writing is also the lead singers handwriting.
The song itself had helped me a lot when my father passed away in January of 2011. I listened to it on repeat and the lyrics made me think of my daddy. This is the second tattoo I’ve gotten for my father.
Tattoo was done at Altered Image in Pasadena Maryland.

This is a fairly recent tattoo I’d gotten to truly emphasize my love for writing. Though I don’t get to sit down and knock out a film-worthy story as often as I’d like, this pen spilling its ink in the form of a sword is a permanent reminder that words, whether written or spoken, have an impact far greater than most of us are capable of understanding.
